We are proud to announce the formation of the Real Estate Tokenization Consortium (RETC) – a new global alliance of blockchain and real-estate innovators. The consortium unites builders, banks, lawyers, tech firms and regulators to revolutionize how property assets are created, owned, traded and governed. Our first goal is to set clear, simple standards that provide legal certainty, ensure interoperability, and keep investors protected, so that tokenized real estate can integrate smoothly with traditional markets. The founding members include seven pioneering companies: Brickken, GORO.id, Binaryx, Tokenizer.Estate, RWA Estate, Lend.xyz, and Blocksquare. Each brings complementary expertise in real estate finance, blockchain technology and regulatory compliance.

A tokenization platform based in Europe that transforms real-world assets (including property) into blockchain-backed tokens. Brickken’s solution enables fractional ownership of real estate, lowering investment barriers and increasing liquidity. For example, Brickken “transforms real estate into digital tokens, enabling fractional ownership and management on blockchains like Ethereum”, so developers and investors can engage global capital flows efficiently.

GORO.id

GORO x RETC

Indonesia’s largest fractional property investment platform. GORO has pioneered compliant real-estate tokenization in Indonesia, serving over 100,000 users from dozens of countries. By allowing investors to buy high-yield rental properties (even luxury villas) with minimal amounts, GORO democratizes access to premium real estate. Its recent entry into Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority sandbox highlights its leading role in regulated property tokenization.

Binaryx x RETC

A fractional real-estate investing marketplace headquartered in London with Ukrainian roots. Binaryx specializes in tokenizing ready-to-rent homes and apartment complexes worldwide. It has already tokenized 25 properties, processing over $4.4 million in investor funds, with automatic dividend payouts to token holders. The platform lets individuals from around the world invest in income-producing real estate (from Bali villas to Dubai apartments) with entry tickets as low as a few hundred dollars.

Lend.xyz

Lend.xyz x RETC

A Web3 real-estate crowdfunding platform based in France. Lend.xyz enables crypto investors to fund tokenized property loans from as little as 1 USDC. It offers high-yield, institutional-grade real-estate debt: projects typically promise 8–15% annual returns, backed by high-quality European assets. Lend is fully regulated (each deal is cleared with French authorities) and allows on-chain liquidity in a secure, compliant framework.

Blocksquare

Blocksquare x RETC

A blockchain infrastructure provider for real estate tokenization. Blocksquare offers SaaS tools and smart-contract protocols to digitize property assets and launch online investment marketplaces. It recently set up an EU-compliant framework in Luxembourg, linking traditional land registries with on-chain tokens. Any property owner using Blocksquare can fractionalize ownership cheaply and create a legally sound token sale. The company’s tokenization protocol standardizes each property into a fixed number of tokens (for example, 100,000 per asset), simplifying portfolio management and trading.

It curates offers from multiple providers, giving investors a single point of access to a wide range of tokenized properties worldwide. By consolidating listings across different platforms, RWA Estate makes it easier for users to explore, compare, and invest in real-world asset opportunities, streamlining discovery in the fast-growing tokenization market.

RETC’s mission is to advance global standards and best practices for tokenized property markets. By pooling our collective experience, we will advocate clear legal frameworks and interoperable technical standards so that “tokenized property can work smoothly with world markets”. This means building bridges between different token platforms, aligning with regulators on compliant deal structures, and educating market participants.

Our announcement marks a major milestone for the industry. By collaborating on a unified approach, RETC members will accelerate adoption of property-backed tokens and protect investors’ interests. We believe this initiative will attract more institutional and retail capital into real estate worldwide.
